Uplink.
Pilot
The site report that writes itself.

The problem
On a site, progress lives in spreadsheets. Everyone keeps their own: pooling them is a chore, updates get lost, figures stop matching. And when a tool exists, it usually does the same thing: reporting for management, rigid, hard to adapt. It takes time from the teams and gives them nothing back.
Every link in the chain gains
The field
Entry in a few taps. In return, every operator and every crew has its statistics, its levels and its achievements, tied to its activity and to the quality of its reports. A recognition that human resources can build on.
Site management
The strengths of each crew show: enough to assign the right people and to respond when something goes wrong.
Progress control
Validate instead of retyping, and a consolidated report composed in a few clicks.
Project management
Precise progress, for the whole project and for each zone, and site events traced as soon as they happen.
What it does
Entry at your level of detail.
Progress is declared in broad or fine detail, the way you follow the site: by team and sub-team, by zone and sub-zone, by building, by linear section. On a phone, in a few taps, designed to work with no signal.
The report writes itself.
Validated declarations become the consolidated report, which you compose in a few clicks. Any site event is recorded as it happens, with its impact, one-off or ongoing. Notices and claims to the other parties are generated from those records, in the context of your project.
Progress that matches the site.
Tasks are weighted with you, by criticality, so that calculated progress reflects the constraints of the site. It reads as declarations come in, for the whole project and for each zone, down to the level you choose. Observed productivity reads by project, by activity, by team, along the breakdown you want: what you need to price your next tenders on the same criteria.
One tool rather than ten
Uplink takes on other modules when you need them: health, safety and environment, quality, permits to work. The principle: stop multiplying single-task applications, bring together uses that depend on each other and share their data, and keep the tool simple and intuitive for everyone who uses it.
Built to fit
Uplink is arranged around your organisation: your teams and sub-teams, your zones and sub-zones, your buildings, your linear sections. You create your own spaces to follow one site or several, with the indicators you choose. We connect it to your schedule, to assign tasks better and track progress. From a single site to a portfolio of projects, from a small contractor to a group: specific requests are part of the work.
